
1. Policy Period
ARCHENIS will temporarily offer free exchange and return shipping until approximately December 2026 after launch.

2. Shipping Fees, Exchanges, and Returns
Except for customized products (including personal engraving or similar customization), all products, including pre-orders, are subject to the following policy.
Korea
Shipping: Free shipping
One free exchange or return per item
Asia (excluding Korea)
Free shipping: Orders over KRW 200,000 (Around 200 USD)
Exchange: One free exchange
Return: Return shipping cost borne by the customer

Other Regions (Global)
Free shipping: Orders over KRW 300,000 (Around 300 USD)
Exchange: One free exchange

For international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges may be imposed separately during customs clearance after the product arrives in the destination country.
In many cases, additional charges may amount to approximately 10–20% of the product price, though the exact amount depends on the destination country and local customs regulations.
General Notes
- We may restrict or refuse exchanges and returns in accordance with our refund policy.
- “Per item” refers to each individual line item within the same order.
- Once an exchanged item has been processed, it is no longer eligible for any additional exchange or return.
3. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet all of the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when received
- It must show no signs of outdoor wear, washing, alterations, perfume/cosmetic/body odor/tobacco smell, stains, damage, pilling, or stretching
- All tags, labels, packaging, dust bags, and accessories must be included and remain unremoved
- Shoes, leather goods, and similar items must show no sole wear or any signs of use
- It must be in resalable condition according to our inspection standards
4. Request Period
Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
(Within 14 days for customers in Europe)
Approved returns must be shipped within the period instructed by us. Requests may be automatically canceled if the deadline is exceeded.
5. Additional Rules for International Orders
Because international orders involve differences in logistics, customs, taxes, and consumer protection laws by country, the following additional rules apply.
5-1. Mandatory Local Laws Prevail
If the mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence or delivery destination conflict with this policy, those mandatory laws shall prevail.
In particular, certain regions such as the EU/EEA, the UK, and Australia may have separate online withdrawal rights or consumer guarantee rules.
5-2. Duties and Taxes
Unless required by law, customs duties, VAT, clearance fees, local taxes, and other non-refundable charges incurred during the original shipment may not be included in the refund.
5-3. Customer Cooperation for Customs Procedures
For international returns, the customer must cooperate with any procedures requested by us, including commercial invoices, customs codes, and import/export declaration information.
If a return is delayed, rejected, or destroyed due to the customer’s failure to provide the necessary cooperation, we may refuse the refund or deduct related costs.
5-4. Return Address and Shipping Method
International returns must be shipped only by the method and to the address approved by us in advance.
Returns sent without prior approval, cash-on-delivery returns, or returns refused upon delivery may be excluded from processing.
