Shipping and Delivery

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location, but may take up to 10 days for some regions (global destinations excluding Korea).

You can view more specific delivery estimates by selecting your preferred shipping method at checkout.

Can you ship to other countries?

You can have your order shipped to another country by selecting that country as the shipping destination on our website.

We offer shipping services to all countries, with or without customs duties included.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

We are currently offering a special promotion where we cover the shipping costs for exchanges and returns for a limited time (scheduled to end in March 2027). You can find more details here.

Returns and Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We offer a full refund or an exchange for a different size for items returned within 7 days of receipt (varies by country).

This also applies to pre-order items. To request a return or exchange, please log in to your account, locate the order you wish to return or exchange, and click “Return Item.”

If you checked out as a guest, please visit the returns page, enter your order information, and request a return or exchange.

Refunds for returned items will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.

Custom-made items (Order Made) cannot be returned or exchanged as they are made-to-order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item has been received and processed, you will receive an email notification. Depending on your bank, credit card, or payment method, it may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
