Made-to-order / Pre-order
- Made-to-order and pre-order items are produced after payment has been received; the lead times indicated on the product page are estimates.
- Delays may occur due to external factors such as the supply of raw materials, production schedules, customs clearance and shipping; we will notify you in the event of any delays.
- Partial shipments may occur (if items available for immediate dispatch are ordered together with made-to-order or pre-order items).
Transfer of Risk (Liability for Loss) / Claims Procedure
- From the moment the Company hands over the goods to the carrier (courier/international freight forwarder) and a waybill number is issued, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the user to the extent permitted by law.
- However, in the event of loss or damage during delivery, the Company may provide reasonable assistance, such as requesting an investigation or documentation from the carrier, to enable the User to pursue a claim.
- The Company may not be liable or may limit its liability in the following cases (except where required by mandatory regulations).
- Incorrect address provided by the User, refusal of delivery, prolonged absence, or inability to contact the User
- Customs detention, refusal of clearance, restricted import items, local regulations
- Selection of non-face-to-face delivery methods (e.g. ‘doorstep’, ‘unattended storage’, ‘security office’) at the user’s request
- Where necessary, the Company may process redelivery or refunds in accordance with the carrier’s compensation regulations or insurance coverage for delivery incidents; detailed procedures are set out in the Delivery Policy.
