How to Request an Exchange or Return
To request a return, please log in to your account (top right) and enable the return option for the relevant order.
Returns and exchanges can be processed if requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
To return an item, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been used or worn, and the tags and original packaging must remain intact. Proof of purchase is also required.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to return the item and where to send the package.
If you return the item without first requesting a return, your return will not be accepted.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return or exchange transit; we strongly recommend that all returns are sent via a trackable delivery method.
Exchange and Refund Costs
*We are currently running a temporary free returns and refunds policy for Korea and global orders. This may be terminated at any time following notification in accordance with company regulations.
Once the free returns and refunds policy ends, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A handling fee of KRW 5,000 per return (including exchanges) for Korea, and a fee of 10–30 USD (varying by region) for international orders, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Cases Where Exchanges and Refunds Are Not Possible
Returns and exchanges may be restricted for the items listed below, within the limits permitted by national laws and regulations.
- Products not purchased via the official website.
- Where the product has been lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user.
- Where the product’s label or tag has been removed or damaged ※ However, exceptions apply in cases where the seller is at fault, such as product defects or incorrect delivery.
- Where there are signs of wear, staining, scent, washing, alteration or damage.
- Made-to-order or customized items (including initials and alterations to length).
※ If you purchased the item from a physical store or another online marketplace, please contact the point of purchase.
Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have received and purchase the new item once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
It may take up to 7 working days from receipt and verification of the product until the refund is processed. If your refund has not been processed more than 15 days after your return has been approved, please contact our Customer Service Centre.
